Blender = to blend all the ingredients for the mango sauce.

Oven or Air fryer = a healthier option compared to deep fried wings. Flip the wings halfway through to ensure even baking and to get the desired crispiness.

Ingredients

Chicken Wings = make sure to pluck/burn any chicken hair. You can either cut them in half or use them as is.

Seasoninggarlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt and cornstarch. The cornstarch provides the crispy texture. This simple but effective seasoning makes up for the perfect versatile chicken wing base. You can swap up the Mango and Honey sauce with BBQ, Lemon Pepper etc…

Mango Sauce =  green onions, ginger, garlic, white vinegar, orange juice, mango, butter, honey, cumin and paprika. A burst of flavor from the zestiness of the juice and vinegar to the sweetness of the mango and honey to and the spiciness and smokiness of chili and paprika. You can store any leftover sauce and use it later.

Chili Flakes and Sesame Seeds = optional, but a game changer. It definitely provide the extra kick, if you can handle a little heat.
